Today´s Lipperland cannery was founded in Lage in 1948 with the brand “Lubella” by Friedrich Büker.
Production first began begann zunächst with the drying of potatoe crisps – espcially to supply the citizens of berlin during the Soviet blockade.

In 1950 the production of canned vegetables started, wich nowadays is the main area of business of the company. Due to continuous expansion, application of innovative production processes and modernization of our facilities the Lipperland company developed to one of the leading German kale manufacturers during the last 60 years.

The steady improvement of our production methods have allowed us to develope an industry-leading technolgy. Only this technolgy guarantees the kale production of extraordinary quality which was already rewarded with notable different prizes.
